Jan Jackson
A native Texan, Jan started her career as a dancer at an early age when she was accepted into George Balanchince's School of American Ballet. She was a co-choreographer of "Ragdolls", a Chris Anderson Production. She has performed with The Open Stage Theatre Co. at the American Mime Theatre in "Extremities" (Margorie) and "In the Boom Boom Room " (Chrissy). Other credits include "Beyond Therapy"(Prudence) and "Snow Angel" (Connie). She was the writer and co-producer of an original comedy "Looking for Love in all the Wrong Places" a Kendall Martin Production. Most recently she has formed an Improvisational group, "Still Standing Players" which has had showcases at the Producers Club and The Jan Hus Church Community Theatre. She has directed six showcases for JJ Acting. She wishes to thank her friend and teacher Jerry Brody for all his support and mentoring throughout the years.
